This note describes how the estimates were obtained using STAMP which is part of the OXMETRICS suite. The estimates were optained using a menu-driven module (see screen captures). Following this note anyone can obtain the estimates using the same data and the STAMP software.
The data were all obtained from the St Louis Federal Reserve Economic Database (FRED): https://fred.stlouisfed.org
