Pedro Garcia-del-Barrio
Associate Professor of Economics (Profesor Titular) at the Universidad de Navarra. Master degree (MSc) in Economics by the University of Southampton (2000), was awarded PhD special distinction at the Universidad de Navarra (2002). Since 2006 until 2020, he worked at Universitat Internacional de Catalunya. He has lectured courses mainly in the area of Economic Theory. His research focusses on Applied Economics, Microeconomics and Sports Economics. He has published in asserted journals and, since 2010, is the academic director of MERIT (www.meritsocialvalue.com), having authored more than 30 professional reports on media visibility in professional sports.
