Case study Data: The data matrix analyzed in the Case study section is not available due to non disclosure agreement among University of Milano-Bicocca and the other Italian Universities that signed the interdisciplinary research project carried out within the Framework Convention (FC) Gender and Religions. For further details, see Decataldo et al. (2019).
Toy example Data: The data matrix analyzed in the Toy Example Data is obtained by running Matlab code ToyExample.m
PGM.zip Folder: The folder contains Matlab codes to compute the T index in case of toy example.
Matlab codes: The folder PGM should constitute a subdirectory of your working directory in which, the Matlab codes listed below, are stored.
The folder contains 5 files but the file ToyExample.m is the script that has to run in the command window. The others are functions called in the routines.
Files in PGM folder:
ToyExample.m: The script generates the X matrix of the toy example and computes the T index.
HeterogeneityIndex2.m: the function computes the Leti’s Heterogeneity Index in the script
macroF.m: The function computes the factor Fk of the Tolerance index in both cases when Xk has an odd number of columns or when Xk has an even number of columns.
cronbach.m: This function calculates the Cronbach’s alpha by a table (Leontitsis, A., 2020)
isnt.m: This function checks whether input is integer or not
