data2_rawdata.csv
Dataset 2 gives the complete raw data, including all collected observations per market. For each entry they include year, type (heritable, life, forced loan), capital/payout in the currency given in the records when available, the source reference for the observation, a column saying if the observation was included in the computation of the yearly means, and a comment section.
